Your security is our priority. Norka helps protect your connection and keep your privacy online. We treat your data with care and keep only what is necessary to run the service.

Your browsing stays private

We do not store the history of websites you visit and keep no log of your online activity.

Protecting your connection

Traffic passing through Norka is sent over an encrypted connection between your device and a Norka server. This helps protect it from interception on the network, including on public Wi-Fi.

Only what is necessary

To run your access, we count traffic volume and the time of your last connection. This information contains no browsing history.

You control the connection

You can route all your internet traffic through Norka or choose websites that open directly. Direct connections are not protected by Norka.

What we store

• Invitation access: your access identifier, traffic volume and the time of your last connection. We do not need your name, phone number or email.
• Support requests: if you contact us from the app, we receive your message, the app version, your device model and any contact you choose to provide. If "Attach log" is checked when sending, we also receive a technical connection log: event times, the server used for the connection, and errors. It contains no websites you visited. Messages are delivered to our support team via Telegram.

We never sell or share your data

Norka does not sell, use for advertising or any other purpose, or disclose any user data to third parties. The app contains no ads and no third-party analytics.

Data deletion

«Выйти» (Sign out) in the app settings removes your access from the device. To delete your access and related data from our servers, contact support - we will delete it and confirm.
