Servers we look after every day
Norka servers run in different countries and with different hosting companies: if one has a problem, another is still there. We keep working to add more countries and make the connection faster and more stable.
In the app you can pick a country yourself or leave it on "Automatic" and Norka will choose. The response time of each server is shown right in the list.
Support that stays reachable, even when the connection is not
You can message us right from the app: gear icon → «Поддержка» (Support). Your message gets through even if your Norka connection is not working at the moment, because support runs separately from it. Our reply arrives in the same place, and the gear icon shows a dot.

It is also the Russian word for mink. A small, agile, quick predator, equally at home on land and in water. That is how we build the service: light, nimble and tireless.
Norka started as a service for family and friends. So we build it the way we would for people close to us: no ads, no tracking, and real people in support.
